Cold Springs Studio is now Closed

The sign on the road has come down.
The signs in the yard have been taken down.
The pots are (mostly) sold.
The last orders have been boxed.
The lights in the gallery are off.
The music has been turned off.
What else can I say?

you will be missed- I thought your pottery to be just brilliant in design and glaze.
But- now to yet another chapter in your life.
Best wishes!

Alex,
So glad to have met you this summer.
So thankful to have your art grace out dining table.
I had the best cup of coffee in my new tangerine mug.
Stay heathly, creative and happy!
Until our paths cross again
Best,
Jean Karam

@Jean - You came at a great time this summer... and I am thrilled we were able to pick out some great pots for you too! Coffee definitely tastes better in a Tangerine mug. I have a turquoise mug I only use for Chai. LOVE IT.

I like the idea of our paths crossing again. That's a good plan.

@Kelly, Thanks for posting. The photo blog is off to a slow start, but now that I can put more time and energy into that, I think it has tons of potential.

As for the healing process... suffice to say that it will be the topic of a very lengthy blog posting in the near future. Not a really happy one though, so I am saving the writing for a day when I am not as happy as I am today!

cheers,
Alex

@ Meredith-

I am really looking forward to your show this fall. I am still trying to find a way to make it down for the opening. A lot depends on how busy the photo studio gets.

Fingers crossed!

Keep creating, keep blogging.
