Early Summer Sunset on Seneca Lake

unretouched, straight from the camera 28mm, f/11, 1/160

Say that three times fast.

Aurora and I were returning from Rochester tonight after picking up a fantastic find on Craigslist. As we made our way past Geneva, the falling light paired up with amazing clouds. We quickly found a road which led down to the waterside and quickly caught a few images before the light was gone.

Dreamy shot. What was the Craigslist find?

@Dana- oh, sure you wanna know what we found.... Not telling.

Alright... you win. I'll tell.

We found strobes that had never been used, two of them for $100. It wasn't really a good deal as much as it was a STEAL. After I emailed and said I wanted them (10 min after she posted) she had a dozen calls all offering her MORE than I ended up paying. She stood by her stated price and was very happy to see us when we picked the strobes up.

Played with them for hours last night and plan to do more of the same today! I just wish I had a model who would sit on a stool for me for half an hour at a time.
